QUESTION: How do I book a party?
ANSWER: Call us at 214-448-2900 or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll respond by letting you know if the time and date are available. You can also book online at http://ntxgaming.com/book.htm
QUESTION: Is there a minimum age?
ANSWER: Yes. You need to be 8 years old and above to play.
QUESTION: How much does it cost?
ANSWER: Our packages start at $329 + tax for an hour and a half. Call us at 214-448-2900 for additional pricing options.
QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay in full within 48 hours of booking. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others. Please call to discuss if your organization or situation is an exception and we can talk about options. Your credit card statement will show a charge from North Texas Xtreme Gaming.
QUESTION: What does NTX Laser Tag bring to the event?
ANSWER: We will bring enough Taggers for 5 on 5 game play, 2 Utility Boxes for re-spawning, and Bunkers to hide behind. That is enough for 15-20 players to have a good time for 90 minutes.
QUESTION: Will the kids know what to do?
ANSWER: That’s why we bring the “Drill Sergeant”! He/She helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. The “Drill Sergeant” gives instructions prior to the first game, fully instructs guests in Game Play and goes over the safety rules. They make sure it’s the party of the year!
QUESTION: Should I be concerned about safety?
ANSWER: NTX Laser Tag is fun and safe! There is no actual “Laser” but a harmless beam of infrared light, the same technology that TV remotes use. We will give safety instructions to guests prior to game play and do a quick scan of the game play area to reduce hazards. Due to the nature of the game (running, hiding, etc.) all guests must sign a “hold harmless” waiver prior to participating in any Laser Tag game. We want all your guests to be safe and have FUN!
QUESTION: What about bad weather?
ANSWER: In the event of heavy rain or snow, we will make every effort to reschedule your party to a day with weather better suited to Laser Tag play. Optionally, you can choose to move the party indoors if your venue can support game play.
QUESTION: Should I schedule Laser Tag at the beginning or toward the end of the party?
ANSWER: We suggest that you plan for Laser Tag first and eat later. This way, guests aren’t running around immediately after eating and they can work up an appetite for pizza while playing!
QUESTION: What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
ANSWER: Certainly not! Bring them on! We can rotate guests through games to be sure everybody gets plenty of play time. The only way there would be an extra charge is if you wanted more time.
QUESTION: Do I tip the “Drill Sergeant”?
ANSWER: The “Drill Sergeant” is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He/she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.
QUESTION: What time will you be arriving?
ANSWER: We arrive in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 20-30 minutes ahead of time.

QUESTION: How can my organization raise funds through NTX Laser Tag?
ANSWER: If a school, church or non-profit partners with us for our referral fundraiser program and a party is booked as a result, the organization receives $20 cash back. No cost, no risk, no selling cookie dough! You can even do an e-mail blast! We can also raise funds by being part of a “kids zone” at a large event. Call us and we can discuss in detail how we can help you raise funds.
